Hi Checkvist, thank you very much for your great job, Checkvist is a very nice product and I use it everyday! Now I hope you can add a timer to every task, thanks in advance.

I just started using checkvist and I'm really enjoying the format.

I just started using checkvist and I'm really enjoying the format.  As a software engineer, a keyboard first approach is great.  I dislike using my mouse. Have you see  http://www.moo.do/ ?  It's a new app in the "list to do app" space.  Very similar to checkvist.  They don't quite have the features but they are moving very quickly.   The feature I feel you could pull from them is the multi-pane approach.  It's a great use of space on the screen.  Basicly, you can add new panes of different list types on the screen. After evaluating both, I did end up choosing checkvist due to a more mature feature set and the keyboard shortcuts but keep your eye on this company.
Can sharers who have been set 'Reader' status make comments on a list?

Issues discovered when using Chrome extension and bookmarklet.

Issues discovered when using Chrome extension and bookmarklet. The context menu posts a popup frame with authentication challenge which cannot be dismissed using the 'close' link. The Chrome extension doesn't have a 'create task from website' command: it only enables viewing and editing of the lists in the popout frame.  The context menu extension (bookmarklet for Chrome) doesn't detect an existing authenticated session - it prompts for credentials even when a persistent session has been established.  Can't these extensions be merged? I don't want two separate extensions for Checkvist, especially when they seem to require separate authentication.

Can the tag be added to the list of approved tags?

Can the tag be added to the list of approved tags? Currently, when you attempt to use it the way you might use a tag, it is sanitized (the "<" characters are turned to "<"). I record a lot of quotes, and it would be really handy to be able to be able to use a one character tag to wrap them instead of a ten character tag.

Found a bug.

Found a bug. When I write this (including backticks): `<`, it is converted to: <, if I edit it, it becomes this: `<`.

Hello Checkvist.

Hello Checkvist. I have some questions above. Could you please be so kind answer them? 1 Is it possible to print focused list only? 2 Can I insert notes via special syntax, while importing tasks? 3 Lists numbering is a tiny but such effective feature. If only numbering can be printed aside with tasks.

Re: List selector (default to alphabetical, not "last updated")

Re: List selector (default to alphabetical, not "last updated") Recently started using checkvist and overall impressed. I have set up a list for each active client and project (~10 lists). A very annoying issue is that the "Lists" menu item displays the lists in "last updated" order. Since i bounce between several lists all the time, this semi-random sorting style forces me to rescan this list each time looking for a particular list. It's nerve racking on both the desktop and even more so on mobile. "Last updated" is a good sorting style for items that are not used frequently. Please let us select the default sort order for the list selector (alphabetical by default). Thanks.

Just released a couple of new features and bugfixes. Guys, thanks a lot for the help and feedback!

Hello Checkvist.

Hello Checkvist. I've noticed the following, if I'm focused on a task that contains subtasks and close any subtask, task will collapse. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/72061596/collapsingTask.avi

I've been working on our workflows managing issues in youtrack and in checkvist and am trying to find a good workflow for these three scenarios: 1: I'm in YouTrack and want to add an issue to Checkvist. Solution: I have the 2Checkvist bookmark and press it. Works great! 2. I'm in Checkvist and want to associate an EXISTING checkvist item to a YouTrack ID. I could just link it, but it would be nice if there was a command that knew my YouTrack URL and I could fill out a project (that would be defaulted) + issue id and add it really quickly as a link 3. I'm in Checkvist and need to create a new issue based on an existing item. It would be nice if I could map a create URL to a named action and be able to say "Create Infrastructure Sev 1 Bug" which would simply navigate to my configurable link. I would guess that checkvist customizable commands could be used for more than just this use case. What do you think of these ideas?

Feature suggestion: A few customizable buttons or links for my favorite searches

Feature suggestion: A few customizable buttons or links for my favorite searches I'd love to be able to convert some of the keyboarded searches that I use over and over into a few links or buttons at the top of the screen. For me, that might be items that are due now, as well as items that are due now AND have high priority. If I had a link at the top to click, I'd love that. Keyboarding is great, but a single click to see something I need to see so many times.... would be even better for me.

Upcoming feature: bulleted lists

Upcoming feature: bulleted lists http://beta.checkvist.com (same credentials, same data) features a new upcoming list style option: bulleted lists. Helps to distinguish tasks that have no subtasks (especially the multi-line ones).  We're eager to hear what you think and fix glitches if you find them!
