The new feature of searching through notes is very helpful, but there's one problem: it often leaves a very cluttered screen because the notes expand when there's a hit. It would be much better if the search highlighted items where there was a hit in the note, but did not automatically expand the note. Alternatively, there could be an option not to search in notes.

Having sporadic problems moving items in the mobile app -- on an Android 7 phone. Sometimes when I try to drag an item it starts to move, then snaps back to where it started. That will happen for a while. Then if I try again an hour later, it may work. Any thoughts?

A small but significant annoyance: in many programs a control-home combination moves the cursor to the top of the page, while in checkvist it moves the current item to the top of the list. So fairly frequently, when I'm trying just to go to the top, I find that I have inadvertently moved an item to the top of the list and have to figure out where it was supposed to go so I can move it back. Is there a way to change that keyboard shortcut or at least disable it?

I am amazed almost daily by the thoughtful little things that make CheckVist extremely quick and easy -- I am not distracted by the interface when I want to get thoughts down. Nothing else that I've tried touches it. A question: is it possible to make a copy of a list while preserving the time stamps? -- Either copying in Checkvist of by exporting would do. (When I copy, it sets all the items to the time of the copy action.) I sometimes use the time stamps to sync to a recorded talk or interview; I would like to be able to manipulate the outline without destroying the time information.

The mobile app has some nice features, but it doesn't seem to show search results right. especially for due date searches. It includes branches with no search hits, and where there are hits it shows a lot of irrelevant subordinate branches. The result is a cluttered screen that is not very useful. The priority search displays are better but not entirely right -- some branches show with no hits (and since you can't set priorities in the mobile apps, it's not that helpful.) I end up using the full version most of the time even on my phone, though it's somewhat awkward.

Would like to request the ability to change priority on mobile.

Would like to request the ability to change priority on mobile. That lack seriously hampers my use of CheckVist for mobile to-do lists: I often want to change the priority of an item rather than just mark it done or not done.

Just want to say that the regular Checkvist app works very well on Android (Firefox or Chrome) if you have an external keypad. Eveything seems to function very smoothly -- collapsing and expanding (with arrows), moving (cut and paste), editing, adding colors, tags, and so on -- just as if you were at a full desktop comuter. All that can be done without the external keyboard as well, but that's clunkier to be sure. Anyway, for those waiting on further development of the mobile app, this is a good option. You can even use the mobile version most of the time, and switch over in a separate tab to tge full version when you want to do something fancy -- it all syncs beautifully. Impressive.

Just a small suggestion - it would be good to have a keyboard shortcut for "expand to level" - for example, "el" and then "2" would quickly expand to level 2 . Currently, as far as I can see you have to do "ec" and tab down a bit and enter the level and then "enter".

I'm impressed with the program and would take a pro subscription just to support it.

I'm impressed with the program and would take a pro subscription just to support it. But there is also one thing I would like to use the pro features for that is not clear: I would like to change the styling of the lists to move the lines closer together -- to my eye the spacing is too wide, which I find distracting (purely personal taste.) I assume this can be done with CSS in the customization page, but I don't know how to do it. Can you tell me how?
