Hello friends!

Hello friends! I'd like to ask for your opinion regarding multi-line text editing. This suggestion comes from one of our Russian-speaking customers Dolina Zamkova so here is a translated abstract of our email conversation. Current problem: When you write multi-line text, you must press 'Shift-Enter' first, then use 'Enter' to start a new line, then 'Ctrl-Enter' to submit the text. Wouldn't it be easier to have a setting that will allow using Enter to always write multi-line texts, and always submit on 'Ctrl-Enter', like you do it in text messengers? So we could add a new account-wide setting, on the Settings page: () Finish editing by pressing 'Ctrl-Enter' (convenient for multi-line text) What do you think? Do you write multi-line texts in Checkvist at all? Other thoughts of how we could make it better? :)

Feature Request (Desktop): Breadcrumbs

Feature Request (Desktop): Breadcrumbs Hi, it would be great to have breadcrumbs (to parent tasks) for hoisted tasks on the desktop version like there is in the mobile version! As with the mobile version, it would make it much easier to see where you are in a list at a glance. It would also make it easier to navigate up to a specific parent level, as unhoisting a task currently takes you back to the root level, which can be a bit disorienting when trying to finding the current task in a big list (some of my lists have 10K+ tasks). Thanks!

Someone just tried to create a new account on Checkvist, and there was some problem with the password. She was told she'd be mailed a new one, it never arrived, and she's not able to try again. Can you clear out her previous effort so she can start again? She's 75 years old, may have done something wrong, but I'd like her to be able to participate in our project. She is hammond.pat@gmail.com

I have 8 people working on my team, and they're split into subscriptions for 5, for 2, and for 1 (this was not my intention). Is there any way to combine them into one group? I understand that their billing cycles are different, but the system should be intelligent enough to let me organize my teams on a basis other than their billing date. I am jimleff.ny@gmail.com

Hi CheckVist! I shared a list to my friends, they are all writers. And I set due days to several items in that list.  My "Due Day View" ( https://checkvist.com/checklists#due ) works fine, however, my friends cannot see any due items on their "Due Day View". How can I fix this issue? Thank you. https://checkvist.com/checklists#due

My tags index page shows 12 iterations of an empty tag (i.e. "#") throughout my various CheckVist pages. But I can't view them because clicking the tag on that page leads to a search for empty "#", which is not searchable.

The 'gg' keyboard shortcut suddenly started opening links in new tabs.  Why is this and is there any way to revert to the original behavior (loading link in current tab/window)?

When trying out the "space thing" A. Payton mentioned, I noticed that the HTML character entity " " is displayed as "[Edit text]". Probably shouldn't.

Question about moving tasks: If I select multiple tasks and move them down to the bottom of a list with strg+down, and then keep pressing strg+down, the selected tasks rotate. Is this by design? The drawback is that if I accidentally press strg+down too often and then want to go back by pressing strg+up, the order might have changed.
I'm enjoying your app but wondering - is there a way to add a new list in the mobile site?

Feature request: I switch between lists very often and find it really irritating, that I have to do two clicks, first expand list items and then click on a list. If it would be possible to move lists to the sidebar, switching between lists would be so much better.

Hello friends and happy new year to you all!

Hello friends and happy new year to you all! Among many other issues we are going to address, there's a couple of things we'd like to improve on the Due view. Precisely, we are going to - make list items actionable (edit, tag, etc, etc) - show the list item hierarchy better, and - provide more Due time interval views. Could you please help us with the last one? Here's a quick idea illustration - customizable Due tabs. And the question is, what would be your own set of views? How would you prefer to slice your due tasks? Thanks! (A similar design would go into the mobile view. So you'll be seeing something like this on your mobile screen, too.)

Hi

Hi, I can't seem to get consistent results when filtering in the search field with two keywords or more. Sometimes, when entering one word which is in one task and another word which is appears in a subtask of the first one, I find the expected result. Other times, however, my query doesn't yield any result. Can anyone help me troubleshoot the pb? Thanks!
