Semi-bug: The progress counter gets squished when lists go over 100, due to the 3rd digit. Maybe make text size shrink instead?

Why not allow for search/filter "priority: none", the same way that "due: none" works? I use the filter to round up tasks I've yet to put a due date on and assign them in one go. It'd be great to be able to do the same thing with priorities/colors!
