Someone just tried to create a new account on Checkvist, and there was some problem with the password.

Someone just tried to create a new account on Checkvist, and there was some problem with the password. She was told she'd be mailed a new one, it never arrived, and she's not able to try again. Can you clear out her previous effort so she can start again? She's 75 years old, may have done something wrong, but I'd like her to be able to participate in our project. She is hammond.pat@gmail.com

  1. Hello, there is no registered account with such an e-mail in the Checkvist.

    So she have to register a new one, I'd suggest to share list via e-mail with her and use "Create new account" tab after that.
