Suggestion: Right now we use CMD UP-ARROW and CMD DN-ARROW (Mac) to move items up and down.  How about implementing CMD RT-ARROW and CMD LT-ARROW for indent (currently TAB) and outdent (currently SHIFT-TAB) respectively.  Would make restructuring the outline much more intuitive I think.

    Actually we tried those shortcuts before, but too often they conflict with system shortcuts. On the other hand, Tab and Shift-Tab are used in all text editors to indent and un-indent text, so they are more intuitive options, I think.
