I have tried to find in the keyboard cheat sheet, but couldn't find it. But does anyone know the keyboard shortcut to refresh the list?
e.g. I have a filter on the page and then make some edits to the page and want to refresh the list (browser F5 does not work always, and often results in the filter itself being removed, which result in having to type the filter criteria again)

    Hi,

    Keyboard help is available with '?' keyboard shortcut. In the top-right corner of the corresponding window there is some PDF cheatsheet.

    Speaking of the refresh - the usual browser refresh should work, because Checkvist remembers the last filter used with the list.

    Can you somehow reproduce the case when refresh does not work?

    I believe this problem is related to another issue I had reported sometime back (and you had fixed it, thanks)

    The issue is related to when I have checkvist open in multiple windows/tabs (each with their own different filter applied) and working on those tabs independently (CRUD use-cases).

    I think in such cases, it forgets sometimes the filter that was applied (though not all the time, but still quite often).

    I just tried to reproduce with 2 tabs opened for the same list with different filters, and reloaded the tags one after another - worked for me as expected, even when I do changes in the lists. Please let me know if you find out steps when it does not work.

    Hi Kirill - could this have something to do with session timeouts?

    I see that it works okay with fresh lists, but not for those lists tabs that have been left alone for a while

    Looks like this is it. We actually had a code which resets all filters in Checkvist after 1 hour of inactivity. I've removed this code at the moment and published it to https://beta.checkvist.com. Please try it out and let me know if this is better.

    Hello Kirill - seems that the bug is back. Atleast in a different avatar.
    From the "Due" page when I try to do a "gg" to jump to the item, a new page opens with some previous filter re-applied and the item that I wanted to go to (through "gg") not being visible due to the applied filter.

    I have seen the above behaviour on the beta.checkvist site

    Hello Saurabh Gupta, I think this is a bit different bug, but it definitely worth fixing. Probably, if one visits a specific link/task the existing filter should be reset.

    Hi Kirill - Or more specifically the scope of the filter shouldn't extend beyond the page it is currently applied upon. This is the concept we need to validate and secure all across.

Hello friends, Recently we've got a request to introduce a shortcut to move items to the first/last position on the current level of hierarchy: https://checkvist.uservoice.com/forums/2121-general/suggestions/15758854-shortcut-to-send-an-item-at-the-top-of-the-current And this bring me to a thought to use the current shortcut (Ctrl+Home/Ctrl+End) for this purpose. But with an extension - if an item is already on the top position on the current hierarchy level, Ctrl+Home would move item one level up (and put it at the beginning of this level). This will break the current behaviour (moving item to the beginning of the list), but probably will make this shortcut more useful. I'm really enjoy using checkvist, you are adding great features very quickly.  What I feel is missing is more use cases.  How are people using Checkvist?  What are some recommend workflows?  How many lists do you have? User Stories will not only help those of use already using Checkvist to be more effective, but attract more non-technical customers. I like to keep my lists at a minimum.  I only split out for sharing but I'd prefer not to.
