As lists get large, it's important to review what is in them... I'm trying to find a good way to mark items in a list as "reviewed". I thought that a tag might be the way. Does anyone have insight to share here?

If a tag is the way to do this, it would be nice to tag the reviewed item, then be able to use the search filter to show those items which are NOT reviewed. Is there a way to search for items which do not contain a specific tag?

  1. I code them in the title. Multiple asterisks, a letter grade, etc.

  2. Unfortunately, we don't have NOT support for search/filter yet.

You can probably invert the process: use multiple selection + tag to mark items #4review  , and remove this tag when the item is reviewed.

Another possible approach - if you review items in a specified order, from top to bottom, you might use a separator item and keep reviewed items above the separator, and not reviewed items below it.
