I believe I read that you can assign each team member his own color (for edits, comments, etc on lists).

I believe I read that you can assign each team member his own color (for edits, comments, etc on lists). I can't see where to do this...or where to, generally, handle settings for team members (yes, I, and they, are all signed up for Pro).

  1. Hi Jim, I'm afraid you're mistaken. Checkvist never allowed to color items from different people by different colors.

It allows to color tags, or make some additional formatting for tagged items, but not for different people.

To see who was the latest person who edited the list item, you can use 'sd' keyboard shortcut. In notes/comments, you can also see the userpic of the author.

  2. Thanks, Kirill.

That makes it much harder to work in teams. There should be a way to identify the input of each worker (color and/or automatic "signature").

At least is there a log of all recent changes (and who made them) somewhere?

  3. Hello Jim,

Regarding the log of the recent changes - we don't have this feature yet, please vote for http://checkvist.uservoice.com/forums/2121-general/suggestions/14940-recent-activity-page

What you can do is to make a query like changed: 1d or changed: today to see the tasks changed recently, and press 'sd' to see the author of the change.

      Hope this helps,
