Bug in the context of editing the text of a task. After pressing EE, the task's text is automatically selected. This is broken when the first word contains an Umlaut (äöü) at the first of second position.

Further, the selection omits the first word if is just one character wide – or is that a feature? And the selection omits the first character if it is an opening bracket (Link Syntax).

      Thanks a lot for noticing the problem and for writing us about it. I hope I've fixed the cases you mentioned except the case with the link (opening bracket). This link case is yet to be fixed.
