Maybe I'm just hopelessly fat-fingered. But it seems that one of my high-level items has been marked complete more than once when I did not intend to do so. And it's the first item in the file -- if that perhaps has any correlation with it being marked complete. Then I can reset it and all the completed tasks under it, but then I have to go back and mark all the actually completed tasks as completed, losing the dates when they actually were completed.
Am I the only Checkvist user to experience this issue?

Hello Orson,
ReplyDeleteCould it be that you're trying to use to scroll the list page? Spacebar is used to complete/reopen tasks in Checkvist, so this may lead to accidental task closing.
Answering your question - we haven't heard about such problem from other Checkvist users.
Best,
KIR
Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI think I need to be a little more careful using my keyboard. :)
