Hello friends

Hello friends,

Here comes a Checkvist Mobile 0.6 update. What's new:

   - Support for read-only lists, such lists are not editable (but assignees still can complete assigned tasks)
   - Noticeable performance improvements - Checkvist Mobile won't render content under collapsed nodes, can be x3 faster on larger lists.
   - Fixed annoying issue with drag-n-drop, when the app could freeze and required full page reload. No more!
   - Offline mode fix for Android 4.0/4.1 internal browsers (it didn't work before)
   - Incorrect due date calculation -- fixed!

Our initial plans were to provide a "delete item" command in this update, but it takes longer than we thought. But at least now the app is more reliable and fast.

We're on vacation at Croatia till the end of the month but we're trying to make it productive ;)

Your feedback is very welcome, as always!

  1. Jonathan Kolodner The bug about reordering should be fixed in this update, thanks again!

  2. Date bug fixed. Rendering is faster. Home screen icon more intuitive.

Pardon my ignorance, but is there an easier way to update the offline web app than erasing it from my home screen and then resaving it from my browser?

    Enjoy your vacation!

  3. Hi Charlie Halpern-Hamu , currently there is no need to delete the app and create new one on the home screen. It should auto-update automatically. It may take some time to download in background, but there should be no need to delete the app from the home screen.

  4. I guess I was just impatient.  But it allowed me to reproduce the bug before updating and seeing the bug go away.  Vacation!

  6. Alexandre Jesus Sorry for the slowness. We've been too busy lately with other issues. Any particular pain point with the current version? (We have some hopes for the coming vacation :)
