this might be a 'duh' question, but when i invite someone to my list, it has the options of "reader," "writer" + "author" --
i'm assuming reader means 'read-only' (no edits + changes,) and that "writer" means they CAN add edits + changes, but ..."author"? i at first thought "author" just meant the list creator, but if i can change the status of an invitee to 'author', that means i'm incorrect...anyone care to clarify?

Excellent point. 'Owner' is the right word, of course. Will change the role's name in the nearest update. Thanks a lot!
ReplyDeleteOn owner's permissions: only 'owner' can delete a list (others can only archive or un-share it); only owner can enable Markdown in the list; if the owner is PRO user and has customised lists's UI, all his lists will be affected.
Done! Thanks again for bringing out attention to this :)
