Hey, that's me! LOL
ReplyDeleteI keep finding out how useful Checkvist can be -- I really want to get this to work for GTD. I think everything I need is here -- Checkvist is like an erector set, you can build whatever you want.
I just replied. I like how Kirill leverages the community to help others!
ReplyDeleteSo do I. The level of engagement from Kiril is very encouraginge.
ReplyDeleteMain issue at moment: I need to find an efficient way to move items out of my inbox (defined as a heading) into other projects (defined as other headings). I focus in on the inbox to remove clutter, but then I can't access the other headings.
ReplyDeleteI thought about having Checkvist open in another browser window, then shift-dragging the items over there. No good.
For me -- unless there's a better way that I don't know about -- the ideal would be a shortcut similar to `mm`, but instead of moving to other lists, I could move to other headings.
Hello Michael,
ReplyDeleteSo far we don't have 'mm' analog for moving list items within a list.
What you can do instead:
- Use Ctrl+X/Ctrl+V to move list items between two windows. Drag-n-drop doesn't work, but keyboard does :)
- Use 'xx' shortcut to extract your projects to separate lists and use 'mm' shortcut
We're thinking about 'mm' analog for moving list items within single list, but have no close plans for implementing it.
Regards,
